The following form can be used to join NSCSS -- the information is submitted to the NSCSS data base. Membership dues need to be mailed to Rose Barta (address below). When your membership dues are received you will than be notified of your member status.

Regular Member: $15.00 (Regular, one year)
Institutional Member: $25.00 (Institutional, one year)
Student Member: $10.00 (Student,per year while attending college)
Lifetime Member: $50.00 (Lifetime)
